Fourteen cargo containers were employed to create this first mixed-use cargo container-based project in the avant-garde Venice Beach neighborhood of Los Angeles. Composed of 4,400 sq.ft. of residential units, an ocean, mountain and city view roof deck and an artgallery at street level; a real estate development team committed to creating iconic sustainable and environmentally conscious architecture commissioned this building.
